The manager sent hk up to change the dirty comforter which was appreciated but in my mind not good enough! Then the next morning when i go to check out i ask for the manager, and explain my dissatisfaction and she had the nerve to tell me that she will " waive the early check out fee for me for my inconvenience"!!!!! Are you kidding me! Who even charges people to check out early? Didn't care that my room was filthy and clearly wasn't interested in keeping my business! I was placed on hold again for another 5 minutes just for them to come back and say they cant find ANY managers on property at all! So i decided to call from my cell phone vs my room and got an answer after one ring! I spoke to the manager and asked to be moved to a clean room and they could do nothing for me because they were sold out. After 20 minutes i became super upset and asked the operator to transfer me to ANY manager on property. I would wait on hold for about 5 minutes each time and then hang up and call back. The operator would transfer me to the front desk and they would answer the phone and say "hold please" and without letting me speak would place me on hold. I tried for 30 minutes to get ahold of someone. I attempted to call the front desk and let them know i had a brown stains on my comforter, the light in my shower has 3 inches worth of dust on it, the shower wont stop dripping and the lamp is broken, but no one would answer the phone. wrong! I was disappointed again and again during my stay here. I stayed at Westgate for a convention as it seemed like the best most convenient option.
